This custom aluminum floor is delivered as part floor or as individual planks that easily click together. The floor is made up of various profiles, either tracks or spacers, to suit various needs. Innotrax® can be ordered as individual planks or made to order according to your specifications.

Innotrax®
An Innotrax® floor is constructed from a range of aluminum planks that clicks together to form a floor layout. By combining various planks, it is possible to tailor each floor to the desired specification. Innotrax® is available as individual planks or as a whole floor, delivered in halves. Installation is quick, simple and quality assured. In short, the Innotrax® rails will always be perfectly parallel to each other. The finished floor is glued in place, making the entire vehicle strengthened and stabilized.
Innotrax® is fully compatible with a wide range of products and is tested to M1 standard. It offers certified approval for the most commonly used vehicle models.

Special Applications
Innotrax® Flat Floor
A complete flooring solution providing maximum seating spaces. Innotrax® Flat Floor’s key feature is the removal of the protruding rear wheel arches in the vehicle to maximize floor space for wheelchair-users and seated passengers. Innotrax® Flat Floor has been specifically tested for use in the Mercedes Sprinter, Volkswagen Crafter, Iveco Daily, Renault Master and Ford Transit. Innotrax® Flat Floor conforms to M2 vehicle test standards and complies with all current international standards and regulations.
Innotrax® Crew Cab
VCA has approved the use of Innotrax® flooring in Crew Cab vehicles. The Innotrax® section must contain at least two one meter length of rails and be installed as per our fitting instructions. Innotrax® Crew Cab is proven solution which helps create very robust floors quickly and easily. The floor system provides converters with enormous floor layout flexibility and is very cost effective. Innotrax® Crew Cab can be used in a wide range of vehicles. In certain seat configurations, some additional tests may be required.
