These aluminium profiles are used to give vehicles flexibility in flooring layout. Each rail has a track where seats and various tie-downs can be securely fitted in the vehicle. In other words, it's possible to move, add or remove equipment as needed. As an alternative to rails, we also have our full aluminium flooring solutions Innotrax and SpaceFloor.
Low profile rail
Easy installation that can be recessed into the vehicle floor for a neat finish, with a height above the finishing floor of only 4 mm. Low profile rail requires M8 fasteners, fixed into countersunk holes at 101.6 mm intervals for a flush head finish.
The low profile rail is available in different lengths up to 6m and can be cut to length under special order.
Our rails can be machined, drilled, undrilled and unmachined as per converters requirements.

Surface rail
Designed for vehicles where flush-fitted rails are not possible, Surface rail is quick and easy to install into most vehicle floors, with a finished height of only 14 mm above the floor. Surface rail is a popular solution for 3rd point passenger restraint fitment (cant rail) and as a wall storage rail for unused equipment
Surface rail requires M8 fasteners, fixed into countersunk holes at 101.6mm intervals for a flush head finish. A 3.66m length of surface rail requires 37 fasteners.
The surface rail is available in different lengths up to 6m and can be cut to length under special order.

Heavy duty rail
Heavy duty rail is specially designed to increase the structural integrity of the vehicle floor strength, it is the ideal choice for coach-built conversions. The heavy duty rail is designed to be used with M8 steel bolt and is available in four different lengths.
Heavy Duty Rail offers greater flexibility with fewer fixing points. Fixings can be positioned at up to 600mm intervals to match vehicle frame chassis and reduce installation cost
To further improve the versatility of the floor configuration, low profile rail can be fitted into heavy duty rail’s side channels.

- 4 Standard Lockables to help you locate your seat in a safe position.
- 2 pieces of either drilled Low Profile Rail or drilled Surface Rail (1.84m each)
- 38 M8 fastener sets which include steel screws, nyloc nuts and steel washers
- 18 M8 underfloor spreader plates to ensure high level of safety
- 4 metal end caps for a flush finish to the mounted floor
